A. How Padma Tribune collects the information
The collection of the data of a particular user is dependent upon the user’s access to the Padma Tribune application and website while

The laws that govern the Privacy Policy of Padma Tribune and its relationship with the user is according to the constitution and laws of Bangladesh and any dispute regarding the use, retention, disclosure, leakage or dissemination of the information or date can only be raised before the courts of Bangladesh which shall have exclusive jurisdiction on this matter.
